I can't wait already for the final game at Knowsley Road. It's going to be incredibly emotional for us. There may be tears.

Same here.I don't even want to think about the last ever match until the sad day arrives.So many memories,so many family and friends come and gone,God I'll miss the old place when it's all over.

Why don't you just rebuild the main stand and the Dunriding Lane end? You'd have a cracking ground then. Plus there is also a massive piece of land up for grabs just down the road for car parking now that Tiplex is no longer there.

I've got some from Central Park in mine.

I'll get some from KR and put it at the other end of the garden, then train my dog to cr@p on it.

I've always said that I would like the club to have a wall at the new stadium where you could sponsor a brick,you could have a name of a depated loved one on a brick in the wall so they could be a part of it as well-it would also raise a few quid which could go towards the cost of the stadium or be given to a charity-I mean how many people's ashes have been scattered at KR?-things like this matter to people and Saints has always been more than a Rugby Club

I think as much as we all know we need the new ground, and we all want the new ground as soon as possible it will still be a sad day when we finally leave Knowsley Road because for so many the place is packed with memories from over the years so it will be the end of an era.

I just hope that day it happens is turned into a big occasions and a celebration of everything great that has taken place in the ground.

Progress is going to be hard, I've spent a good part of my life there and the memories of not only the rugby will be a killer.

That is a fantastic idea, I really wish we had done it at Wigan.

Wigan are having a service at St. Marys Standishgate to commemorate 10 years since we left Central Park and in particular to remember all the people who had their ashes scattered there.

We "HAVE" to have a sponsor a brick wall... do what wire did, have a legends face built out of bricks, each brick on the entire wall is sponsored. So if we have a murphy stand, one gable end can have his face slammed into it, and each brick costs £25 or such like... yuo put a messae on the brick, nothing nasty of course, jsut a few swear words and some nude piccies maybe. We "MUST" have a sponsor a brick scheme. Hell I am happy buy a seat for life or certain amount of years if possible.
