I don't agree. Wellens gets paid for those rugby matches, and we help to pay him for playing in them. If he was in more regular employment, it is highly unlikely he'd get the opportunity to disappear half way through his working day because his wife was having a baby. He'd get to go after work is done. His primary responsibility is to the match when he is playing in the match. That's especially the case if we have no backup fullback. |
