We've got what we deserved out of this game. If we're happy to carry on finishing around the top 4 and having a 'good dig' at the play offs then that performance was good enough. If we we want to challenge for the remaining available trophy then we need to take a serious look at our attitude.

Mr Deadwood just as bad as when we played Wigan. We were a shade better than last Friday, but let's face it not good enough on the day.

Our super strong pack was outmuscled when Amor was off the pitch. When he was on the pitch he matched them blow for blow. In fact he was the one who marched us downfield for jones' try. And kept marching until he had to come off. Walmsley was strong when he had Amor, and struggled other wise. Masoe put his worst game in for a while. Richards played too long for a junior.

Lms played better, but stays out of the arm wrestle, same a greenwood. Soliola does take the fight to them but only played short minutes.

On the whole, we generally did a good job of containing them, but there was a gap between Walsh and turner that was exploited time and time again,

They made far more metres than us. Let's wait for the stats but the Leeds forwards metres made will be a lot more than ours. Like I said, it was a slightly improved performance IMO but I expected more with our "star" players back.

I don't buy that. When Amor was on we were hanging in there, but were clearly clinging on rather than being physically competitive.

Remember , any negative comment is clearly premature and 'knee jerk'. We will at some point this year through some minor miracle discover some aggression , the ability to defend , a proper stand off and develop some mental toughness.

I'll agree to disagree, but I thought our fringes let us down defensively today, not down the middle.
