well done saints for getting back inot the game , but still not good enough. should have carried on the 1st half momentum into the 2nd. plus some terrible ref and VR decisions, but at the end of the day we need to vastly improve and also get a bit more rub of the green.

Good game, spoiled by 2 controversial tries. I'd rather Warrington had won by more than 12, or lost. For me, tonight's true result will always be in doubt.

Having said that, it balances the books a little bit with all the "rub of the green" Saints have had over the years. I suppose it was coming.

Fabulous effort. So frustrating that we got so close. Composure deserting us at key times again. But throw Leon in there and we'd win. His return can't come quick enough.

Forwards brilliant particularly Roby and TP. Yet again we get nothing off the ref or the video ref again. The ref was stupidly inconsistent. Foster spins Monaghan out equals penalty Monaghan on Foster exactly the same and it's good defense.

Improve or not, if the VF would have made the correct decisions and ref's and touch judges bothered to look for forward passes we would have won. Ah well maybe next time.
