I don't that Micky Mac is a thug, he plays the game hard, plays aggressive and these types every now and then will cross the line every now and then.

We'd kill for a player with his aggression at the moment. We've had our fair share of dirty/tough players over the years with the likes of sonny Nickle, Vila, hooper, cooper etc but teams need these players.

Vila that was the name I was looking for but had to settle on Hooper who was another one who could do the dirty when needed.

Vila was dirty and dumb with it ,some of the penalties he gave away used to annoy the hell out of me.

It is annoying but every team needs agressive forwards.

Vila was no where near as psycho as Davidson. He had that glazed over look in his eyes and you really thought he could take someone's head off.

I seem to remember Vila one time, I'm not even sure if it was in attack or defence, launching his head like a cannonball at an opponent's knees.

He had a spell of running in with his head and a spell of running in with his knees up.

He could be devastating when he was interested, especially on the inside ball off Goulding.

He sure could. Consistancy was a problem, as were injuries.
On his day, though, he could mix it with the best of them.
I wouldn't mind him pulling on the Vee again, despite his draw backs.
