ive read the first page only (at the moment). yes hudds finished lowest of the remaining teams, but i dont agree they will be any easier to beat than the others.theyve just had a great result against the wires and will be on a high and will feel they have as good a chance of getting to OT than the other 3 teams.
thinking we will beat hudds easily will cost us dear.

Saints didn't bottle it if we had the pick we would have gone for hudd and let you take leeds on but atm i'd sooner play leeds than them they have got a roll on the only question is have they got enough left in the tank?

Correct decision.
If the choice had been Warrington or Wigan I think we would have been very tempted to send the Wolves to Headingley to finish off Leeds. Its a little disappointing that the best team we could send to Headingley is Wigan. A week of "We are gunna to do yo' again" comments from the Whinos fans is going to be a real pain (assuming we beat the Giants). Hopefully a few balls will bounce in the correct direction and Wigan can get a victory.
As for the Giants they have played very well against Warrington but they are unlikely to sneak up on us in the same way. They looked out on their feet in the second half against Warrington so lets hope that the semis is a game to far for them.

I have been looking around the other forums and there is some real handbags going on between Leeds and Wigan fans over McGuires cheating/injury.
As a humanitarian I think I can talk for all Saints fans when I say, I hope they give us a laugh and knock 15 different colours of shi*e out of each other.

exactly, it is going to be a brutal game on Saturday. Injuries and suspensions are inevitable. It would have been madness not to send Wigan to Leeds. |

Its embarrassing for any Wigan fan to say Saints bottled it. If Wigan had the choice of St Helens or Huddersfield in the Semi Final they would have chose Hudds everytime themselves.
