Possibly is the word there mate. The contract hasn't been signed yet & even when it is, don't expect things to happen straight away as it takes about 3-4 weeks from contract award to start on site - i.e. the site cabins arrive |

OMG they know what they was expecting before the works started ie knock down the buildings what have been there empty since it shut down several years ago oh well enjoy playing in cheshire for a season.

It was used by Pilks for storage for quite a while, that contract ended and yes, it's now empty but i's have to be dotted and t's have to be crossed in the fine paperwork.

| I've never met a bigger bunch of doom and gloom merchants in my entire life as I have come across on this board/thread. Once work has started it will be up in a flash when they start to bring in the ready made pieces. While the ground is being prepared these pieces will be being made. It is surprising how quick the actual structure will be. The inside of the stadium will take the longest but by then all the fans will know that the building work is well under way. |
