They need to get @sthelensrlfc shut down, it creates massive confusion and has a better name than the official club account. Who runs the sthelensrflc one?

They're not stupid. They've seen the reaction the Star article got and they will no doubt release it on another good news day. Announce Masoe and put this in the small print.

Whether you agree with him getting a new contract or not, to criticise the guy and accuse him of easing into retirement is very disrespectful. He's ran his blood to water out of position for two years and has done much better than he is given credit for.

FWIW I don't think he should have been re-signed either, but any criticism should be aimed solely at the club.

If Saints offered me a contract I would take it. I too think if you are going to throw stones you need to pick your target and not just take a shotgun approach of hit everyone.

The majority should go to the club, of course. But he's not immune to it, particularly if his effort doesn't improve. Someone above said he's been running his blood to water. But he hasn't, he doesn't put any effort at all into his drives with the ball. He's a pro going through the motions to earn some money before he retires.
