Most clubs in Oz use 'bodyflow' machines to flush toxins out of the body after every game. They cost 4 grand each and Melbourne have 24 of them, one for each squad member. The only club using them in SL is Wigan. So I think its harsh to criticise Saints conditioning, I think its more a fact that Wigan are just a lot fitter than everyone else this year. Using these machines and doing a proper recovery session in the pool would mean you would be fresh again after a couple of days, which in turn increases the amount of conditioning that can be done. Saints do recovery at David Lloyd the day after a gme then have the following day off, so its a few days before players are returning fresh. Thats my view anyway!
