I think I should point out that over the last ten years or so we have been pretty fortunate with injuries. Yes, there have been some real sickeners (Martyn's knees, Scully's ... well ... everything etc.), but we've managed to avoid the kind of total season-long squad decimation that, say, Hull has suffered in recent years.
It would be pretty bad luck if the season we're banking on youth we get clobbered. But we've had it coming for a bit.

No way.
I wouldent say we've always sufferd injuries but to say we've had it coming is a massive overstatement imo. Paul Sculthorpe, Keiron Cunningham, Tommy Martyn, Sean Long, Paul Newlove etc... have all sufferd from very bad injuries. 2005 injuries ended our season. |

You cant include a player who is out of favour. Paul Cooke was not injured. |

| why???? we didn`t play with our regular stand off or our reserve,for what ever reasons.I am not saying our injuries are worse than yours,god knows i think we`ve got that point,all i was saying is that we had to reshuffle our team when we didn`t have a player in that position on the bench.  |
