To a man they were magnanimous in defeat, and were glad to have witnesed an outstanding game. They were a credit to your team, stayed 'till the end and applauded the team off (unlike Wigan). Well there was effort and comitment tonight,to come back after a bad start showded character.In the end though as has been mentioned a veteran halfback was the difference,Gaskell did well to recover after such a bad start and will of learned some valuable lessons tonight.I thought there were some 50/50 calls that could of gone our way but overall allthough we lost there are a lot of possitives to come out of it.

I went to the match. Our attitude was 100% better tonight. However, three things are still undermining us: our poor defence, our poor ball control and our tendency to lose composure when things drift away from the game plan.

And thirdly, can I just really abuse Meli for his atrocious defence tonight? Where the fook was he when Foster rolled King? He should have been in bloody support! Fancy leaving Foster, a sprig, to deal with King on his tod.
