| when he broke through the tackle in the first half i thought he was going to go all the way ! the only slight thing i thought he didnt do well was that near the line he went for the try sometimes when it was very unlikely he would get through and maybe should of looked for other options , but i dont want to say anything bad really because he was outstanding

Knees up in a tackle, I believe. (Sounds like a fun tackle, actually ...)

| He was outstanding in the absence of Graham. He constantly made big yards with the ball and he showed a great turn of pace for his 70 yard break. If he stays fit he could be a revelation for us this season. I can't wait to see Graham, Puletua, Perry and LMS in the same team. Truly awesome set of props.

| I agree with Blobby. I see Puletua as a Prop these days and you won't see many better props than the 4 we have at Saints.
Another speedy 3 quarter and we would be immense!

I've always liked LMS and was made up when we signed him. Theconly concern is he's had few injuries over the last few years but with bit of luck he over that.
I've said for a long time that Tony p in now a prop. He played the last season in the NRL mainly at prop and IMO he's up there with best in super league. He's massive, fast for a big guy and great hands.
I also can't wait to see the awesome foursome of perry, LMS, jammer and big Tony p!
Then add Sia in the backrow and thats a hell of a pack!

| He is a step up from Bryn, who was a decent honest forward himself.
Thought Salford was a good test of if he was merely standing on the shoulder of Giants , or good enough to hold things together himself. He showed IMO that he has the goods to still make the yards in the absence of the other mainline props.

IMO LMS is much better level of player than bryn. Bryn was a good honest hard working player that never took a backward step but LMS is fitter, faster, stronger and can make a break.
