Damn good resigning for you, just as Pat was for us. I think looking at your pack next year, it's of course up there with the best. But the signing of Waterhouse are you able to pull it off, would just give you that little something extra towards having the best pack in SL.

I'm not going to go into that whole age thing as it's been mentioned a lot already. But it must be a slight concern looking at Saint's current inability to keep players fit. And of course there's the strong Antipodean flavor to that pack.

Which as I've said previously, if it Saint's wanted to continue to challenge they had know other option but to look overseas.

In all honesty it's great that he has resigned with you, he's one of your big game players when you have played against us and it would of been a shame to see him go to Wire.

Liam , I believe that if the Wire had really of wanted him we would have got him. It looks like that he has gone for the money rather than to win trophies. Short career so you can not really blame him.

Big shout that mate, think any one of us 3 clubs are more than capable of picking up either trophies this year, and the signings haven't finished for next year either.

Whereas I believe you sound bitter. He stated clearly in the press that he was either staying with Saints or going home to sort out family matters (family matters for which he was granted compassionate leave in the off season). He'd been offered a one year deal by Saints but he wanted two years. Saints agreed. He went away, sorted out his family matters, and re-signed. As he says in the press today, Saints are the only SL club he wants to play for.
