Agreed but many people were salvinating about Perry before he came.

And I was one of them. I even thought that in his first season, between his injuries, he was a lot better than people were saying, but as we've got further through his three years, he's given us less and less.

On Monday he gave us 2 drives for 8 yards. Now, as has been posted, its not his choice to sub him after 15 mins and not bring him back, but still, a signing would have to be f wonderous levels of e to make less impression than he's currently doing.

I can say with a very high level of confidence that we could get an amateur player out of the National Conference who would make more than 2 drives for a massive total of 8 yards and who would be fit enough to last 15 minutes at SL level. Quite frankly the guy is a disgrace to his profession at the moment and he really needs to take a look at himself.

I agree, we've needed a halfback for past two and a half seasons and fans use the "no halves" available line.

Over the past two and half seasons (off the top of my head) Wigan (got two), Warrington, London, hull, Wakefield, hull KR, Widnes all have signed halfbacks on.

He only managed about 12 minutes again today.

Not a great sign, but, as we've mentioned with perry,the number of minutes he does is not down to him, but the coach. What he does whilst he's on is more important - how was he in that respect? Not that you could do that much in 12 minutes.

He's coming back from injury, that's why he only manged about quarter of an hour, nowhere near fully match fit. Also, think about he speed of the game over there, Jammer was consistently an 80 min prop in SL, he plays 60 mins in the NRL.

He looked very strong going forward, constantly broke the line and a great one handed offload to Walsh. Reminds me of TP but a bit more dynamic.
