| It would be a good move for him, bad for us seeing as there are few good props available. However, he is going to leave at some point, I can't see many players being one club men any more and I think I'd prefer him to go to Aus rather than one of our rivals.
However, as good as he is, we've lost better players and survived, this won't be any different.

Scully certainly wasn't at that level by the time he left. We lost him in installments.
Joynt retired and again wasn't all that hot when he retired. Perelini was a fine player but again we'd had the best of him. Fairleigh and Lyon were outstanding overseas players, but you never keep those players for long anyway.
I certainly don't remember us losing a player at 24 that will hurt us like this will. The closest I can think of is Connolly but he was hardly essential.

| Comments rlelsewhererl on this "growing speculation" - see last paragraph.
With this and key players retiring/moving on, I suspect one or two of you guys will soon be getting some experience in how Bulls fans have been feeling over recent years?

| Jammer, KC, Gidley, Fozzard, Wellens, Meli and Gardner out.
Sign Paea and promote five 15 year olds from the academy. Sounds like a plan.

One fan on a silly forum as mentioned that Pea is part of the package. Funny how rumours spread.
This story as all started by a bloke called the 'mole' who writes a little rumour column in the Aussies RLW. The story is about 2 lines long. It's absolute bullshizer, although atleast it's got people talking.

I never said that we'd lost a player at 24, Scully was a far better, and more influential player than Graham will ever be. The fact that we lost him in instalments doesn't mean we didn't lose him, same with Fairleigh and Lyon.

If you didn't already know from the content of the post you quoted, I was only kidding.
Rumours like this do start off like this, whispers and 'I've been tolds' all over the place. Sometimes they are completely untrue, it would be good for us if this one was. But they often turn out to be true as well.
It's now on a few internet news sites, obviously picked up by eagle eyed RL writers picking it up from sites like this one. The club will no doubt make a statement on it once it has ascertained if there is any truth to it. But Jammer only has this and next season anyway so it is a time where he would naturally be considering his options before commencing talks with anyone. If his heart is set on Aus, we should let him have the chance IMO.
