According to Brown, he thinks it is probably syndesmosis i.e. a bad sprain just above the ankle which is another 10 week lay off. Season looks like to be over for him.

Seems to me it's years of 80min performances in one of the toughest positions on the field that are taking its toll on his body. There was a reason we used to have KC and Robes in the same team. We desperately need a quality understudy to Robes so at least he can be managed better.

If we use the loss of 1 player as an excuse I'd be very very shocked especially as we have a highly paid NZ international as backup.
