KC is crap because he was thrown in the deep end in 2012 and played dull rugby with a team that had all it's confidence stripped away by a coach that was awful and was a laughing stock among players.
Nathan Brown was crap because he didn't play the Harlem globetrotter rugby with a team that had no halves (partly down to Royce). Brown got us to the semi in his first year and in his 2nd year won the double but he's crap.
Royce brought in two terrible signings in Hohaia who was never a 6 and laffranchi who was never a out and out prop.
Brown has rebuilt the team that potter and Royce had demolished but he's crap.
Jesus women, just admit you got it wrong.'"
He may well have won a double, but he sometimes puts his hands in his pockets and shrugs. I'm not willing to overlook that in favour of some trinkets or "champions" tag.

| Unreal that a double winning coach who's really turned this squad around massively can get stick.

| 3 Questions!
1. Did the squad that Nathan Brown took over look like it could potentially win the Grand Final?
2. Does the squad now look better than it did before he took over?
3. Is the club in a better position now than it was before he took over?
Q1. Not in a million years. Q2. Far better. Q3. 1000%.
In my opinion Nathan Brown has been a fantastic coach for the club and I thank him, wholeheartedly, for everything he has done.

Agreed!
How anyone can say they will remember him for the 40 odd point drubbings we had is crazy as I'll remember him for the grand final win against our biggest rivals in a game nobody give us a chance with!
Also we wouldn't have this video if it wasn't for him

Quote me where I said that. That's right, you can't. I just referred to how we played in 2012. And everyone at the time, including people on here, all agreed that we were very boring in 2012.

| Last word on Nathan Brown from me - I'm glad he's gone.
Last word on Cunningham from me in this thread - I've got real reservations but I hope he turns out well.

| In 2013, I was one of the loudest on Brown getting sacked. He won me over during 2014, however, before the 2014 play offs started, right off the back of defeats to Wire & Giants, how many of us truly would have liked Brown still be in charge for the 2015 season?
I felt that Brown did a brilliant job at Saints, but that we were maybe just one step short of fulfilling our full potential. What I mean by that, is that although we are SL champions, we did it ugly, without playmakers, with a fair few losses and some of them were quite humiliating too. And we still truly haven't created that aura of invincibility at LP. Some teams like Wire still fancy themselves to come away with a win with a decent winning margin too.
Brown took us as far has he could (and over achieved in the end). I truly believe Cunningham can take us that next level. That, being a team were we are feared, play entertaining rugby with a never say die attitude EVERY game and not when we feel like it.
It's never just 'another 2 points'.

I think one of the worse coaching debut's was Ian Millward if I remember rightly was Leeds 70 Saints 0 and he inherited a good team where Browny had to rebuild one and Cunningham needs to take it one step further.
