Difficult question to answer, I think passion will only get you so far so I would go for experience. We,ve had lots of coaches over the superleague era and everyone have been different in experience, personality and passion.
We,ve has Rush full of passion no experience and Potter with experience no passion. probably the coach who has both will probably be Millward.
Brown has rarely dropped his guard in the media for me I have my own preference below who have all brought different things to the table.

Are you serious...what on earth makes you think the club would take a chance like that?? I can't think for one minute why anybody would think delving into the lower leagues for such a coach would be something a SL club would do? I think there's no record of a club being so brave other than Cas taking a punt on Powell or Saints doing similar with what's his name...Millward!
As a Leigh fan I recall Rowley not being a universally acclaimed appointment but not so many grumbles now.
It'll never happen...though I'd love to see such thinking out of the box! I'm surprised your post hasn't had any other comments but I guess it shows how narrow peoples thinking is these days. |

I'd prefer a winning coach. I'm not sure Cunningham's going to be one at this stage in his coaching career. Has he actually done any coaching bar being an assistant? U21s etc?

If its those two there won't being any half way street, it will either be a long term success or a complete failure. As there are no obvious available candidates from overseas its probably worth a short term risk. |
