Put it one way i'm more confident playing Leeds at Headingley than i was playing Huddersfield away. I hate us playing the Giants, even when they was only just coming good under Brown they always made life difficult for us.

Large problem? That's no problem at all. Leeds Carnegie have an average crowd of 2000 and will be at home to a team from Penzance in a game that irrelevant to the league because the 4 teams in the play-offs are already decided. (I didn't know this, not caring about Union but looked it up).
Rather than miss BBC exposure for Leeds, the RU side can be shifted to Otley or Harrogate or wherever, where I'm sure they'll be happier anyway. |
