If he,s coaching the forwards then he,s responsible for making them soft ed and weak the exact opposite of what he was capable of.
Every seasoned forward has gone backwards with the exception of Sia. |

Isn't it? Performance doesn't seem to dictate anything at Saints. I'm sure LMS, for example, could continue with his low tackle but high penalty count every match for the full season and never be dropped even if we had a dozen better young props ready and raring to go. |

I bloody hope not. Contracts should be earned. In fact I take it back , we should give him a contract that has a built in 'stupid penalty clause' that means he gets fined £500 for every stupid penalty he gives away. |

We'd probably make more off LMS than we would of gate receipts at the rate both are going. |

Amazing to think how people can say they want KC to coach the team when if he is coaching the forwards he cant even make that work.

I do wonder if we are too clingy to the old guard.
For a team that needs fresh ideas having so many old heads knocking about, does concern me. It's one thing to be a great player, another to be a great coach.

Quite, KC is clearly not doing a great job with our forwards.

Wellens in discussion with EMcM regarding a coaching position also. It won't be as sprint coach.
It's difficult for any new ideas to propagate in the midst of an old boys association.
Potter , Royce and now Brown are finding that. |
