To be fair mate, you really shouldn't have expected Shenton to fill the boots of players of Lyon and Gidley's capability. Don't get me wrong, Shenton is a decent centre, but not even close to the aforementioned. And never likely to be I'd imagine. |

Frankly, I've no idea. I can't remember when we last needed that centre position to be covered. Gidley wasn't one for getting injured and so far Shenton has avoided injury. |
