Jones was poor last night. Aren't Percival and Wheeler both injured at present? No idea about Dawson. I thought he was a winger?

Wheeler isn't injured, he is fit and available for Wakefield. Percival has been injured but hopefully back for Leeds and Dawson said in pre-season that Brown sees him as a centre as much as he does a winger.

| If Percy is fit, then he'll replace Turner.
Flanno will replace Sia on the bench.
Wilkin to #6, Jones to second row and Wheeler in the centres to accommodate Walsh.
Not ideal, but not the end of the world.
Lets stop this talk of Wello at half back. It depresses me. I'd rather have Wello at full back and Lomax to #7.

Percy might be fit for Wakefield.

Nothing from the club yet and nothing from the usual people who are bang on with info.
Looks like a bit of scaremongering to me and we should all just wait til we hear something reliable this week.'"
I don't do scare mongering. Wait and see what comes out officially ....

| The advantage of a good squad means you don't have to needle up players.
The fringe players are up for a shirt. Chance to see if that they are up to it.
I would rest all the weary , not out of disrespect to Wakey but common sense
for a long campaign but Easter round the corner,
Omit Lomax, Walsh Sia and Warmsley.
Give Dawson,Flanagan, and one of the young guns. Greenwood etc a go.
Wheeler and Percy to return.
Positional changes Lance FB, Dawson Centre , Wilkin 7.

| I agree that with the squad depth we have we can afford to rest anyone with any niggles, assuming Wheeler and Percy to return, I would go:
6. Lance Hohaia
2. Tommy Makinson
26. Matty Dawson
22. Mark Percival
5. Adam Swift
24. Gary Wheeler
12. Jon Wilkin
16. Kyle Amor
9. James Roby
14. Anthony Laffranchi
15. Mark Flanagan
13. Willie Manu
4. Josh Jones
8. Mose Masoe
10. LMS
17. Paul Wellens
23. Joe Greenwood
Not a bad team considering that would leave 5 starting players missing:
1. Jonny Lomax
3. Jordan Turner
7. Luke Walsh
11. Sia Soliola
18. Alex Walmsley

I was about to say that the above is a squad that should be able to take Wakefield, but haven't they scored 100 points in the last week or so? Could this be a tougher ask then we imagine? I was impressed with the way we handle what I perceived as a banana skin in HKR. Hopefully we'll really pull out some muscle and grind the win out.
Ant Walker will probably get the nod before greenwood, and his work rate may be very helpful.

London Broncos 22 v 50 Wakefield Trinity Wildcats
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats 56 v 14 Catalans Dragons
They're certainly not to be taken lightly but I think that squad would be enough. I'd also rather take a loss at this point than aggravate a niggling injury on our of our best players and put them out long term.

Lomax picked up a couple of knocks yesterday, I'm sure he could play with them if needs be.

BackrowSaint has called it the same as myself.
In terms of Wakey good bad or indifferent doesn't really matter. No point in having squad depth if you are not prepared to use it ,rather strap up the usuals.
At least now there is a sense of choice. All this talk of competition for places is fine but if you don't
give players a go then it defeats the object.
Play your stars half fit and needled up catches up with you.
They end up more banged up and out longer.
Then you have to play the fringe players and the kids anyway !!!
Worst that can happen is that is that Saints take a tonking in one relatively early league game and some of the fringe players are reminded of why they are fringe players.
Best case they give a good account of themselves and there is even more competition when all hands are on deck.

I think momentum is very important as it breeds confidence. At the moment we look very confident and we are putting points on the board. I'd only rest players that have bad knocks.
I'd pick strongest team possible to keep this role going.

| Sia Soliola has tweeted his hip and knees are not seriously injured?
Don't know when he'll be back as yet?
