At the weekend we won, we had one thread and the comments where limited.

When things go well there is little to talk about, when things go wrong everyone has an opinion.

In the end that's the difference between news and facts.

Last weekend we won, fact, nothing more to say really. New can be debated and discussed. The only way to turn it more positive is to discuss the point. Moaning about moaning is at best ironic, at worst self defeating.

Also you can't equate having a moan with a lack of support. Many of the people who moan on here, pump money into the club year after year and will still cheer the players, even if they think they are total dross.

It's been argued by others that the 3 lesser signings is a case of spreading the risk, rather than lumping it all into one basket. Which is a valid arguement. You could also argue that Walmsley/Hill etc where not much to shout about when they first signed so you never can tell.

Good signing for short impact plays if he can keep a good standard of fitness from what I've read. Appears that may have been an issue at Roosters some time ago.

Wakefield were rumoured to be interested in the off season but it didn't happen. There is a long old discussion thread on Wakefield forum somewhere if anyone is interested....

I think anyone with half of brain can see we will have problems in the front row next year if Walsmsley, lms, Maose, Laffranchi and Beaumont our first choice front row. Walsmley, Maose and Laffranchi can't play long mins and Beaumont can't seem to get on the rugby field.

Watching him today he just screams out FEKA CLONE.

No doubt will be popular with a certain type of fan, but we really do need a couple of forwards with big engines who can keep going forward for long periods and make tackles if Mossie is going to be in our side.

Otherwise If I was an opposition coach I would work Mossie over and tire him out, this should not be too difficult because he can only play in 10 mins stints before needing a breather.

Like Feka though, give him the ball to run on and he will make big metres, problem is he cant do it for any length of time before he is knackered.

Masoe has made 17 hit ups today, hardly the work of a player who's on for 20 minutes. This while being described as 'the most damaging runner on either side' for today's game makes him look like a pretty decent signing. We have enough forwards who can tackle all day long, we need forwards that will stop us having to kick from our 30.

The worrying thing is not Mose himself but how potentially our conditioner and coach could reduce his effectiveness as a player.
I have no confidence at the moment that his fitness will be improved and Brown will use him in the right manner.
Hopefully our present conditioner and coach will not be around for 2014.

The worrying thing for me and as I've stated few times now, is we've got no props with him. Maose isn't a long min prop but will steam roll teams in his 15 min spells but he needs grafters to play with him.
