Most people with a brain would want him in a Saints shirt, despite the banter. It's not like were flush with fullback options and a spine of Tomkins, Burns, Walsh , Roby plus maybe Wilkin operating in the back row would be the strongest in SL comfortably. He looks like he's a yard or 2 slower than when he left Wigan, I'm not sure his game is suited to full back anymore. I think it's time he moved back to 6.

I think wigans style of attack fits Sam tomkins down to the ground. He's Defo lost pace but still top class.
