I think you should release Eastmond and show he's not holding up your club.
Then make a new increased offer to Graham letting it be known that you value him far more than Kyle.
Graham is the one you need to keep, in his case you really do need to put everything you possibly can into his offer of a new contract.
He's far more valuable to Saints and SL than Eastmond and I do hope the rumours a while ago of him signing a 5 year deal are true.
If it was between one or the other, Graham everytime.
