He didn't get it wrong at all. Ashe was in the air and Washbrook was nowhere near the ball in flight. He only touched it as it fell through Ashe's hands.

Even if you call it as you do the ball comes off Washbrook once Ashe drops it and goes forward to another Hull player so it's offside anyway. If you are saying he's challenging for the ball it can't be accidental offside can it.

Give over. Washbrook cleary is going for the ball, hence him not taking his eyes of it and him jumping in the air with his hands up.

You probably deserved a point in the end anyway. But to say it was the correct decision is very foolish.
