Same here (well, not the living in London bit). The number is the one on the website but it wouldn't greatly surprise me if it hadn't been updated following the move.
As a matter of interest, who have you emailed at the club? I may go down a similar route myself.

Surely they can and have!
So now, anyone who wants to buy a season ticket and who can't get down to the ground or the mall (which is it by the way?) to physically buy them - its just tough eh?
How many lost sales?
No point trying to defend this. I wonder what Sir Mac would say if he knew about this shambles?

That's just shocking mate and why it gets me so frustrated, it just drives me mad!
After been given virtually a clean slate going in to a new stadium and we've still not learnt from our past mistakes.
I got shot down on here by Harry pinner who's stated I didn't deserve to be a saints fan after I criticised how poor saints are on the marketing side.
Sorry pinner but maybe this club don't deserve such loyal fans!

both shops are open until Xmas Eve then the town centre shop closes and then its just Langtree Park

| well in fairness they have moved me to good seats so I am happy with the result.
it just feels frustrating living away and not being able to get tot he ground to find out where my tickets are.
yes i don't need them until February, but I am anxious they have gone missing in the post. I have even been to my local sorting office to check if there is anything there for me.
It's a relatively minor issue in the scheme of things, but as I said - think of the orders and enquiries that are going unanswered potentially costing the club ££££'s

| When I was in the shop today I was told everything is being moved over from Alexander park today so that could be part of the problem getting hold of people if everything is in transition.
