I'm not so sure RU would throw the required money at him to sign him, or that he'd be happy sitting out on the wing for a few years.
I think the NRL may be more of a lure.

Just been announced that Potter has the full cap to spend next season.
We were (reportedly) 200k under this season. Add that to the departures of Nero, Worrincy & Sheriffe. Plus possibly Kopzcak & Crossley, then i'm sure we'd have enough left on the cap to meet his wage demands.
I can't see him leaving Saints early either, but next time you might want to put some research in before making assumptions like that one. |
