There are quite a few of my fans suggesting the same. There is even a Facebook group protesting that I was not involved in the Election debates.
But, as much as I'd hate to say it, it does look like I was right with the Justin Morgan thing. Had an hour long conversation with a certain retiring Saint at the weekend, one wonders what it could possibly have been about.

Couldn't blame Potter for walking at the end of his contract after the unwarranted abuse he's copped from the knee jerkers.
He's doing a terrific job and is excelling in precisely the area he was employed to - managing the overhaul of an ageing squad.

What abuse has he copped? Unless he reads these forums he won't have picked up on it. I'm not aware of any anti-Potter chanting. |

I've often wondered whether the special case Saints fans think that the world's biggest RL forum site exists in perfect isolation of the real world and that the players/coaches/board/staff are blissfully ignorant of the general feeling amongst supporters.
Thanks for clearing it up.
Potter will have been very aware of the constant sniping at his coaching and his personality and the over-reactions to his every comment. |
