I can see both sides of the argument. If someone came into your work place and started rollocking you after 2 minutes you'd be pretty annoyed.
However, in RL terms sometimes you see players signed by clubs and instantly command respect and become part of the leadership group within that team because of what they've achieved. It happened when Peacock signed for Leeds, Morley signed for Salford, Ellis signed for Hull. Johns at Warrington. These were players that had done it all within the game. Here we're talking about Travis Burns for FFS, and I can guarantee you had Roby, or Wilkin done what Vea did there's no way Burns would've reacted the same way.
