Quote: McClennan "One bad game doesn't make him useless. He was a bit wild yesterday but he was there with the kind of aggression we needed to win the game. He is a pack leader in those circumstances and without him on the pitch we lose that. He sets the example.
I should add that Westwood provides a similar role with Warrington (note, similar, not the same). Without him in their defensive line up there wasn't that flying around that he can bring, which fires up your own team to get into the game with him. If he's back in two weeks time it'll be a different game.'"
Just 1 bad game
Bit wild
Ive been hoping now for 2 seasons for him too prove to the fans he was the real deal,it aint happening,he cant cut it,whether it by the injuries he's sustained just after we signed him or since he's been here but he must rate as 1 of the worst signings we've had in recent years per salary cap £'s to the team, mind you lance has a chance of pushing him close.
As for comparing him similarly too westwood in any shape or form is just a joke
