Only tomorrow (Thursday). Friday is matchday so they will go up to full price then. Or they will if they follow the league match pattern anyway.

yes there will particularly as Saints charge £5 postage to send them out
a lot of giants fans have got family tickets . saints would not send any of these to Huddersfield so we have had to buy them from saints ( which will not go down as Huddersfield sales).
A handy way of keeping sales high for saints, low for Huddersfield and then can be used to down grade the support we take.
Pretty poor show by Saints TBF
Dont get me started on the telephone system we had to use to order them. I hope the new stadium has some good telephone lines to service it.

Because the tickets are provided and circulated by the home club ( i could knock up my own but it might not go down well with the Plod or Saints H&S bods).
For some reason only known to saints they sent us ADULT tickets and CONCESSION tickets but NO family tickets

Possibly because, as SaintsFan has already suggested, the family ticket discount is a perk that Saints offer their home supporters?
Similar to a scheme that Hudds ran, IIRC (apologies if I have my clubs mixed up) a couple of seasons ago (might have even been a cup match?) where home fans bought cheap as chips tickets as a promo to get more local fans in, while us daft lot in the Saints end paid about £19 a ticket.
Nowt wrong with targetting offers at your home supporters, IMO.

You do not recall correctly.
Doing offers for the league rounds is commendable. However...
The play off games are the property of the RFL so there should be no differential pricing or promotions for different team's supporters. So selling them to Giants fans who contact Saints but not sending some directly to the Giants seems petty.
Whatever your management may be doing you play great rugby and your fans have always been great when I go to KR.

| Last week we sold 750 tickets at the Giants office and the rest that turned up paid on the day or from Wire pre match. We've sold over 1000 tickets so far from the Giants office for Friday but with family tickets only available from Saints then i'm expecting a better support at Knowsley road considering a fair amount of our fans are families. We bought ours from Saints to pick up on matchday.

| How many do we reckon will be turning up for this emotional farewell?
If it were any other club, surely it would be a sell out?

| Not sure about the phone lines, but I ordered mine (2 lots) online to pick up at the Saints superstore - took about 3 minutes, as stated above many others will be doing the same, expect long long queues.
Not sure why Saints didn't send some to Giants as this would have eased the queues on Friday night.
Someone on our forum hae said we're expecting to take around 3K, well if our ticket office has sold 1K, that's alot picking up tickets at the ground

| Ceejames, I will say what is petty, and it's no fault of St Helens, is that the RFL have not allowed Huddersfield to play in their home strip of Claret and Gold as they feel this will clash with the Saints home strip. Huddersfield Giants will be wearing their blue alternative strip tonight

Is this the same RFL that decided Leeds and Wire should wear identical kits in the CCF?

it is the same kit directive that was in the regular season at KR then. Strangely though, the 2 principle shirts didnt clash in the game at the Galpharm.
