It's tough if jaw is wired because you can't eat solids for while which makes you lose weight and even when you walk you can feel it banging your jaw.

Even though longy IMO has bad year I think we will miss him for the fact I don't think eastmond is ready and don't think he will be ready next year either.

IMO saints should be looking to bring a scrum half in for next year to give eastmond extra time.

Saying that with longy out for while we are going to know sooner rather than later what eastmond is made of.

Matty smith ain't good enough to play for a top team like saints. He will do a job in super league but being our 1st choice number 7, no thanks.

I don't think anybody really knows how Eastmond will do with a run of games in his favourite position. The truth is without Long getting injured, we probably wouldn't find out 'till next year. This way at least, we will be able to see if he will sink or swim.

Half back is such a vital position. It is hard if not impossible to do it bits at a time like Kyle has been doing, and still impress. You need to play the full 80 minutes for a good run of games.

Who knows if Long is out for over a month, when he does come back he might find it hard to get back in the side. On the other hand things could have gone badly wrong, and we might look to recruit a scrum half for next year.

Yes I agree with what you saying and that's the point I'm also making but no matter how well Kyle plays long will get straight back in the team as he always does.

Eastmond is another over hyped youngster-we should be looking to recruit a new scrum half.
