Section A is the unreserved seating in the stand and is unsegregated. The fight appeared to be between a Bull & a Saints fan. No naked skin appeared and I'm too much of a gent to comment on the relative attractiveness of the combatants!

There was plenty of hair pulling, slapping, waving of arms, screaching and rolling across the seats! Didn't hang around to see the final outcome ... I was keen to get out in the pouring rain asap!!

The Saints fan involved in this incident is a relative of mine. This is serious incident and has been taken to the police, Bradford RLFC and Saints RLFC, who are following it up. The attack was unprovoked and uncalled for. The Bradford fan in question was mocking another Saints fan about her weight. My relative was sat with her young daughter and told said Bradford fan to cut it out. I think a few words were exchanged but nothing else.
When the game ended my relative got up to leave and was met with this Bradford fan who simply came up to her and punched her in the face bursting her nose. A scuffle broke up leaving my relatives daughter hysterical and distraught. Eventually the Bradford fan ran off. My relative went to every steward she could find. None would help bar one who mentioned that they may know the Bradford woman.
My relative was quiet badly hurt and had to take sick leave from work for a couple of days with swelling to the face.
If anyone has any information then I would urge you to either contact me via PM or Saints RLFC.

Apologies that my initial message has descended into a comedic thread, that was never my intention. I was genuinely enquiring as to what happened. I hope your relative recovers and equally as importantly that the individual responsiblle is brought to book.

I don't have any further info I'm afraid but I encourage anyone who has to get in touch with the authorities.
