That is rubbish they are posted out and there is no £5 charge mentioned on the form. It just says the card will be debited with the relevant amount and tickets will be posted out.

Did anyone else email their form over?

Called at the club yesterday and was told the same, advised to collect them on Wednesday.

I was given the option when I took my form up of whether I wanted them posting or if I wished to collect them. I chose collection (didn't fancy trusting Royal Mail) and was also told I could pick them up from Wednesday onwards

Well when I handed my form in at KR I was told they had to be collected unless I paid £5 postage, and in the town centre shop on Saturday was told had to collect them from KR later in the week. So seeing as Ive now been told by two seperate saints employees I'd say thats the official policy?

Totally contradicts what it says on the form then.

A few of us went and collected our What If tickets from the ground shop this morning. Straight in and straight out.

I was asked if I wanted them posted or collect them. I think you pay for postage, otherwise they are to be collected from the ground.

Read what it says on the form ! I wasnt asked whether I wanted them posted the form clearly states they will be. Im going to have to call in tomorrow to see but whats the point of the form saying one thing and then doing another ?

Just picked mine up from the club shop. I dont think I was given an option for posting them.

Well despite what it says on the forms, and the fact that postage was never mentioned my tickets were in the shop picked them up today. Typical, cant organise anything in the correct fashion. I will be dropping saints a line. Never even asked for ID.

They're fooking hopeless pal. They were even turning people away from the queue on Sunday at noon, some two hours before they advertised the closing time as being as. People had come from far flung places and were told to do one. Some absurd theory about not being allowed to sell past 2pm on a Sunday. Never bothered them when we played at 3pm the other week on a Sunday.
