Totally disagree. Vastly overated and way off the pace - Will never be able to reach the standards set by the King...........When Moore comes back, Roby will be lucky to make the 17......

Robes has struggled massively recently because there has been no pack. He's struggled generally this season because of the RFL's decision to copy the NRL and have a mini wrestling competition inbetween each play the ball. If they cut that crap out he'd be back to his old dangerous self.

With Maurie back last night he once or twice had the room to make a dart out of dummy half. With a full set of forwards against a normal (As in not the dominant side in SL these days) he'd make hay.

Robes hasn't quite shown the form he showed in his MoS season (and forget all the moaning about him not deserving it - he was awesome that year, on fire pretty much every match). Maybe he's been found out, or maybe our expectations of him have risen.

One things for certain, with Moore coming back next year, Robes needs to up his game and get back to his best.

If you ever, ever thought roby would develop into the same type of player as KC you are deluded, his game is completely different. His game is based on avoidance, not strength, he weaves through defences, where KC barges them out of the way. Moore is in the mould of KC but is more of a creative player than KC, but again not as strong, but who (in the world!) is at hooker? 3 hookers, 3 different styles

Roby is very very important to saints. If fit he's in the 17. It's as simple as that.

I'd agree he not been great this year but our pack have struggled and it's made it's a little bit harder for robes.

It's not been often that saints have had teams on the back fooot this year and that's the platform roby needs.

He always tackles, good strong runner and 1 of our few players that can make a break.

When Moore returns next year roby will still be in our 17. It's Moore or KC that might not make 17, not roby.

He's had an up and down season, but the effort has certainly been there. He makes yards with the ball, he tackles everything. His work rate is fantastic.

Tackled well above his weight as usual, tackled everything that came his way and continually knocked people on their backside from driving them back.

That may be correct, but he isn't making 25 meters a run, so in effect, he's gash.
