Well in IMO if the seasons tickets are due out on the 1st of dec that is the day the ticket should drop thou your door we will wait and see if the tickets arrive i am sure there are me more then me and my daughter waiting ? don't forget saintsfan the order for these tickets was placed at the end of oct not after nov 10th so it is not their only error, but the store knowing a event is planned for the 9th dec they are cutting it fine in sending them out .

They don't I've a crap if you get your ticket in time for Fridays open night as they have already got your money.

It's pretty clear you e got your season ticket so all is ok.

How do you know that the event on 9 December was organised so far ahead? You don't. From what Saints have said, the date for the STH event was set by the Council as part of the health and safety ramp up. For all we know, and we don't know any differently, when Saints stated that season tickets would be available for pick up (and they did only state pick up, not post out) from 1 December that was under pressure to conform to a date set by the Council or even before the date was known.

I do know that the season tickets only turned up at all on 30 November. Was that the fault of Saints or of the suppliers? We don't know.

I'm simply suggesting that because we don't know all the details, having a go at the club and in such a vociferous manner is unnecessary. YOU try organising the dispatch of 8000+ season tickets in nine days from a tiny little shop with limited staffing for a deadline that you didn't even set and perhaps didn't even know was going to be set at the time the season tickets were first ordered!

Pete, I would suggest that you're having a strop about your season ticket because you delayed in organising its renewal. You said on these very boards that you didn't know whether you were going to renew. I renewed mine on the third forum night. I would have done so on the first forum night but there was a power cut so I couldn't. You could have renewed yours at any time from early August. You chose not to. That was your choice. You can't now blame the club that for reasons unknown to us those tickets purchased after 10 November have been delayed until Monday.

Yes, the club should have posted about the delay as soon as they knew about it. But that is their only error here. And you got to know from me anyway because I chose to post about it on here as soon as I knew. I didn't have to but I did.

And yes, my season ticket is fine. The swipe card is fine, it is the same as the booklet, they are both for the West Stand, which is the stand I chose, and they were both there waiting for me along with my free bag of Typhoo tea. I queued for 1.5 hours and didn't mind doing so one bit because I understood that the place was rammed and everyone was trying their best.

Saintsfan, they was still advertising that if you bought it before the end of November that you could attend the open training session.

So if you bought it before the end if last month then you should be able to attend. It makes no difference if you bought it in August or November as it was advertised as you could go and also told we could pick them up on the 1st!

You sound like a petulant child Pete!

It isn't Saints' fault if the supplier fails to deliver on time and/or the correct number of season tickets, or whatever. That is the fault of the supplier. All Saints can do is try to recompense you in some way as their customer. They can't miracle the tickets into the shop just when you want them if the supplier hasn't provided them in time.

It just wrecks my head how the club can be so shambolic. They couldn't even be bothered to let fans know there season tickets ain't available if bought after the 10th November.

Now they are telling fans thst have paid there hard earned money to buy season tickets that they might not be here in time to attend the open training session

My money was paid to saints RL so my problem is with them and believe me they will have a good ear bashing in the morning if my ticket ain't there when I go to collect it!

seeing as it's there fault, why can't they let us use the crappy little ticket like things we was given when we bought our season tickets? I don't care if they want to try the swipe card machines to see if they work or not, they have told us we can go so should stick to thst.

Incidentally, to whoever it was (can't be ahsed looking back) who whinged about season tickets maybe not turning up in the post on time, Saints have confirmed on Facebook that everybody should receive their season tickets in the post this week. However, if the same have not turned up by Wednesday then let the club know.
