Us and Leeds!

Shudds were well and truly sussed by the Wire at Wembley' there limitations exposed for all to see. KR and Wigan are genuine long shots, but Leeds and Saints are still head and shoulders the best.

The RFL are now desperately trying to even the SLGF out by making finishing in the top 2 virtually worthless. A team like Wire or Cas have almost as good oportunity to get there as Leeds and Saints even though we will finish the season maybe 14-16 points ahead of them.

Why not go the whole hog and just exclude the top teams from the play-offs? Make it a bottom 8 play-off instead...

Wigan. Brian Noble has them organised finally. Don't know why, but it always seems to take him half a season to do it. Still it's not how you start, it's how you finish that counts.

Sam Tomkins is turning into Shaun Edwards Mk II and now that they've finally got rid of Hock, they look a more solid six.

They can certainly make the final and possibly even win it.

I'd love to see Hull KR there too, but I think it'll likely be Leeds who take it again.

Saints? Well they'd better find whatever it is they've lost pretty darn quick. Unless of course this is all a ploy. After all they were flying the past two season and got stomped on in both finals, maybe this season if they back into the final they'll turn up trumps. T'would be nice.

wigan dont seem to be able to get past the semi final stage under noble though, 4 times under noble we have lost in the semi final- suppose it has to change sometime.

id fancy our chances going away to hudds or hull kr in the 2nd week and then who knows, i doubt saints would want to play wigan in the final eliminator, maybe the last couple of games would be wigan v leeds and hudds v saints.

Wigan can beat anyone in the latter part of the season, but they leave themselves too much to do because of their form in the early season.

If the RFL/Sky/Rest of the World had anything to do with it, there would probably be Wigan and Wakey at the Grand Final, Leeds and Saints being kicked out in 'shock' results.

We keep running out of steam in that final eliminator, if we can get there again this year I expect us to win.

Well, if you're drawn against Leeds at any time during this playoff series, can you knock them out this time please?
