| Strangely i am looking forward to seeing this match more than watching the Saints v Hull KR match.
I suppose its down to the fact its the two best teams in the competition slugging it out.
Wire with the best offence and Wigan with the best defence.
Wigan desperate to get to the new Wembley and Wire desperate not to lose their grip on the cup.
The key thing is that both teams know that whoever wins this match, will be hot favourites to win the cup.
It will take an extra special performance from any other team to defeat either of these sides in either the Semi final or Final.

| As a Wire, if it's Saint v Wigan it's Saints to win every time for me.

Cas seem to be quite popular amonst the neutrals, as do Les Cats, probably due to how far removed they are geographically.
Any others?'"
Catalans, Salford and Widnes for me

| I'm personally not bothered who wins as long as they slug it out for the full 80.

Bans would be nice, wishing injuries is a bit too far.
I still believe that if we can get all our key players fir for the play-offs it won't matter who is on the opposition as we'll have an incredibly good chance of trophies.
Eastmond/Pryce/Lomax/Roby/Wilkin is as good a 1/6/7/9/13 spine as anyone in SL and is good enough to win trophies IMO.

We need Cloughie back. We'd then have Graham/LMS/TP/Clough as four props.
Our first choice pack (excluding Perry) is still strong IMO. One absence and we're OKish (Magennis), any more and we're toast. TP should be propping for the rest of the year IMO given relative strength in the back row:
Graham
Roby
TP
Flannery
Soliola
Wilkin
LMS
Clough
Moore
Wheeler
All you need is Clough, dum dee dum dee dum.

| It has to be the Wire every time TBH, also add the fact that Wigan wouldn't have played at Wembley in 13 years and counting makes it more enjoyable..

| Given their new foud arrogance after back to back challenge cup wins, and their fans general disrespect to other clubs, and the fact that their fans think it's great to sing "Sh*t, Sh*t, Sh*t Helens" to me in front of my three year old daughter, Might i add being brought up supporting the Saints, i'd go for a Wigan win despite their continued arrogance that they deserve to win everything they compete for since the early 90's!
Having said that though, my inlaws are Warrington Fans so for them i would want a Wire win...

| On a purely pragmatic level I'd like Warrington to win. I think Wigan have the measure of us tactically at the moment, and there's work to be done before we can take them in a big game. Warrington have a fantastic squad but on a good day we can beat them, I reckon.

| Interesting one this, 2 seasons ago I would have shouted 'Warrington' without hesitation.
However from Warrington's recent 'success', a strong vein of their fans have such an unbearable arrogance that I'm not sure I could stand it if they won 3 in a row. Couple this with the fact that these arrogant fans also seem to have a large amount of ignorance when it comes to rugby league knowledge then it becomes slightly edged to Wigan for me.
At least most Wigan fans generally know what they're talking about in Rugby League discussions. Wigan to win for me.
