Willie did sign for you at the weekend, but on monday morning had a meeting with peter gentle saying he felt he has made a mistake as he wants to stay at hull. Peter told him that the money you guys have offered him ( £300,000 - believe it if you want but this is true, you came in late for garath ellis and offered him twice the amount hull did) was to good to turn down and he feels willie has the three years in him so make the most of it.
