Unbelievably stupid by Dawson to take that ball out, something Makinson wouldn't do. But that attempted tackle, if you can call it that, was one of the worst i've saw.

Another missed tackle by walsh and they score. He's been awful. His injury is no excuse for missing tackles like this.

I think it's his bottle has gone. He looks afraid of contact and doing his best to avoid any contact at all.

I reckon he still has a bad ankle, noticed that he was limping off after the final whistle of the Widnes game last week, surprised no one else has mentioned it.

He's been limping since he came back the first time. Players who have that type of injury do limp for some time.

I just don't see the point in playing Walsh, at the present he is an asset to the opposition as his defence is non existent and he looks afraid of carrying the ball. I cannot get my head round the Saints logic of extending Walsh's contract when he was injured and why Dawson was given a further two years. After his performance tonight (Dawson) he should be given a four year contract in Strangeway's. Having said that the whole team should be docked half their pay.

Travis isn't the player he was. But he's got more guts in his left fingertip than Walsh has ever shown.
