I am so glad they're out, just as a general RL fan.

They turned up so cock-sure last night, they were going to win.

So much so, pre-match they were more interested in singing 'lets all laugh at wire' and 'y warrington' than supporting their own team.

The atmosphere in the whole stadium was sensational last night. I was stood on my chair for the final 15 minutes or so. In fact, it was potentially the best atmosphere I have ever seen, better than anything at KR, down to the fact that the passion IS BACK this season. We've been written off and the crowd have roared the team through.

I just hope somebody got the tannoy-prompted version of 'you light up my senses' at the end on video.

It's so long since Saints were in wigans shadow that wigan still had their own ground. Now Wigan can't even see the shadow cast by saints for the much bigger one cast by uncle dave and his beloved latics. I must confess, when we are sat in our new stadium next season, all o will be thinking about is how I wish we could rent a stadium off a local football club, when they would allow it of course. Shadow my arris. Wigan may have a past, but saints have a gar brighter future.
