Hes a very good player and brings something to our pack that we've lacked for a long time. He's a tackle breaker and can cause a defence all sorts of problems as we know.

I couldn't believe he is 32 because he's certainly not looking like a 32 year old who's on his way out. I seriously doubt hull would had offered him one of the biggest deals at the club if they didn't feel he was still going strong.

I'm happy with the signing and yes it's a risk with him being 32 but every signing is a risk due to possible injuries.

People are reading too much into his age, yes he's 32 but I can't remember the last time he missed a game at FC and he just gets better every year. He's a freak and although im gutted he's leaving Hull, I'm looking forward to seeing him at St Helens.

Only just realised Manu played for St George when Nathan Brown was head coach. Could have been a factor in choosing Saints.

Could all be smoke and mirrors. We've let people think we're in for Manu when in reality it's Mullally from Widnes we're after.

I hope you're right. If he's turned down big money to stay at Hull it's a reasonable assumption that he's taking up a decent salary at [iThe S[/i. I'm skeptical because of his age but a few of you have said he's capable so I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt although not happy if it's more than a two year deal.

im a hull kr fan and willie manu is the one hull player i would have playing for us hes a nightmare to tackle never misses a game and forget about his age it makes no difference

Hopefully he'll go on like Steve Menzies. The age is a concern, but I think our average is ok.

Manu would give us a very impressive weapon in the back row. A [isomething out of nothing[/i player is very valauble these days.

Lets hope he can make the same impression that Kevin Ward and Paul Anderson did when they signed.
