Right. Just off the phone with the company who will be making it.
rlScanachrome will be making the banner.rl They specialise in making crowd surfing banners (Tifos). Understanding that it can often take a while to get funds for such a project, they take 30% off their prices for fans projects, a superb gesture. This goes to explain why we were getting quotes of upwards of £5 and £6k.
We are still working on the best way to organise the funding, and details will be posted on here next week.
