| Quote: Ovavoo ""St Helens are a great team, very well coached and I commend them on that win"
Comments by Waney immediately following the game last night.
Brown then comes out with the rubbish he does.
Tell me, who's got the class and who is just crass.'"
Yep.
Quote: Ovavoo ""I just feel really frustrated at the minute. If a few decisions from the referee had been different we could have had a win. It's fine margins in big games like this." '"

| Quote: Judder Man "Thats rubbish, we are not a great team very well coached, half the season we have been terrible.
Great response from Brown telling how it is, Wane has no respect and last time called us "That Lot", this time round he has been downed and reduced to a stutter.'"
I found his "that lot " pretty disrespectful

| I could not care less. Brown ain't here to preach to the great unwashed. He's a Saints coach and needs to lay into them lot whilst he can. Just like Wane has done over his years in charge.
Millward was hated by some opposition fans but that attitude of they are all against us worked for the team, the club and the fans.
Mr nice will get you only so far.

| It's all great entertainment I'm all for stirring the pot, quite happy for Wane to call Saints all manner of names and Brown to do the same before the game as it adds to the spice. I do think after a game though it's important to show respect to the opposition (this is rugby after all!)
Next round of Wigan v Saints is going to be a belter after all this!
As for the officiating, everyone is going to be biased towards their team and I have no problems with Brown saying whatever he likes about the ref, however after the game like that though the first thing he should be doing is congratulating Wello and Wilkin (who won it for you imo)
Good to see he might have finally grown a spine and got into the rivalry, can only make for a great match

| Got to say, Nathan Brown has done what I implored my own weak coach to do a few weeks back. The psychological warfare is a massive part of our game now and if you don't use it your team will ultimately suffer. The big fat ape was last seen swinging uncontrollably from tree to tree in the Wigan area screaming insults about Nathan Brown.

| NB's quote goes something like this, doesn't it?
rl"I thought the officiating of the game was horrible…we don't complain after any game…We never complain"rl

To be fair there's a few partaking in a bit if indignation on your side of the hill too. There are limits to what coaches should say but a bit of banter never hurt anyone, fans should enjoy it and look forward to the next game rather than getting themselves wound up by some mind games.

Finally ! Brown is playing the fat ape at his own game. He looked like he really cared last night which was good to see.

| Quote: Eastbourne Warrior "So is Brown
Yes but there is a common denominator here, that is Wigan players are the offenders and the wigan coach turns a blind eye. Wane dishes it out but can't take it, thats why he was reduced to stutter mode.

| Wane is a kn0b,So well done Browny for playing him at his own game and winning too as he didn't like it as was justified by his rant
I find it quite funny that he thinks that he's Mr Wigan and all that, but how many top players have left the club during his tenure?
Do they not like him ?

Of course there is, but that's more because no one on our side expected Brown to take a shot!
For me, Wane pulls the card too often, he does it virtually every time he plays saints, did it vs cas and I seem to recall another time this season as well - but there's nothing like media rivalry to get fans riled up once in a while

| Its not looking too good for rattled Wane, A stutter and now he's shot himself in the foot.
On Radio Machester Talk In, they mentioned the double movement no try, Ian Smith phoned in said it was a quite easy decision, hand was on the player when the ball carrying arm hit the ground to complete the tackle ...no brainer.
Then the discussion went on to if the cameras were not there it would have been given, Wigan fans where desperate and phoned in that it was a try because they didn,t want the cameras to be there.
