If we can get Percy and Wheeler playing next week we should be OK, don,t forget we still have a monster, mobile pack, I would have been more worried if Amor and Walmsley were injured.
We lose our kicking with the loss of Walshy but getting the ball out wide quickly we have 2 in form wingers.

Big chance for Wheeler in the next few weeks

Basically what I've posted mate. We got options.

We can play wheeler and Percy centre and move jones back to the pack to cover sia. We've got Flanaghan and greenwood who can also cover the Back row.

We've got Wilkin and lomax who can cover Walsh.

Will we see Savelio (sp) next week ?

Are you his Doctor or just guessing? or assuming that's what a calf injury takes to heal?

If we think our season is solely dependant on Walsh playing, we might as well pack up now.

This is where our squad depth comes into its own.

Turner out but we still have Jones/percival/Lance/Wheeler who can play centre

Sia out but we still have Flash/Jones/Manu/Wilkin as backrowers

Walsh is out, we're buggered.

but Wheeler has previously starred as a play maker, plus Wilkin/Lance can fill in in the halves


Walsh is the big loss, but its not disasterous if our pack can continue to dominate

That's just a quick team off the top of my head and the is other options to look at but that team above is good enough to beat wakey and Leeds IMO.

Both Wheeler and Lance have partnered Walshy at half back and although they have only played a couple of games I would imagine some of Walshy's experience would have rubbed off on them.
I would perhaps leave Lance at 6, Wheeler is a bit more adaptable and would be better at 7 he plays better in the halves than at centre.
We,ve got Lance, Wheeler, Walsh and Charnock for the halves for me getting more games from Wheeler will be a bonus and produce more game wins.

Nothing from the club yet and nothing from the usual people who are bang on with info.

Looks like a bit of scaremongering to me and we should all just wait til we hear something reliable this week.

Lance went down to in the 1st half remember

He was ok. Manu was limping for most of 2nd half and went off limping but returned. Same with big Alex but he came back on.
