I have been hunting and we all ate what we killed, that's what Cunningham will do they dint go into the woods blow a deer away and just walk off.

| The big smile on his face whilst holding the dead deer by the head is the killer for me. The outrage on this website from those who hate fox hunting for sport is somehow missing on this one. Cunningham is killing for sport and enjoyment. It may be legal, but it's bloody sick.

| No it isn't sick at all, the animals he has shot will have had a far better life than a cow/pig or chicken that's full of all sorts of drugs to make them bigger for meat fir people to buy in little packets in tesco.

| Keiron enjoys shooting - the deer he shoots will be eaten, whether by him or others - it's too expensive a commodity to bin it. If people like him didn't shoot there'd be less deer anyway as their numbers are boosted by ones that are bred so they can be shot. They lead a nice life till they get shot, in their natural surroundings. So what if he he enjoys it?
Alternatively you can live in the world where many chickens live in dire horrific conditions, yet you eat chicken nuggets/kievs etc and their eggs. Or you can eat a bacon buttie off a Danish pig that lives in a crate so small it cannot even turn round. But you can still clamber up that ladder onto a 20 foot tall horse to condemn people who enjoy hunting.
Unless you are a dedicated veggie or vegan or a meat eater who eats only organic free range produce I cannot see how you can condemn him without being hypocritical.

What if he'd been holding the body of a dead crocodile that was about to drag you into a deathroll? Would you be happier then? Or is it because it's Bambi he's picked off that you think it's 'sick'?
Hunting is a very natural thing for predators to do. Humans are predators. We've gone soft because other people do it for us now and all we see is a slice wrapped up in plastic on a supermarket shelf.
I wonder if he can spare a slice of that deer for me? Yum!

It really riles me when people are so blinkered in demanding people shouldn't do things like this and labelling them wrong - you're like some weird Hippy Fascists.
To expand on the argument that the deer will have had an excellent quality of life compared to, say, a factory bred chicken from asda - The deer would possibly never even existed, as there would be no breeding program to keep the hunting area stocked.

| Have some of you lot never seen the tribes in Africa killing for food, they seem to enjoy to. Smiling like Cheshire cats, after the kill.
No one slagged off Jamie Lyon, and he was well known for pig hunting in Aus...

He was killing for sport, not out of necessity. Anyone, whichever club they play for who enjoys killing for enjoyment is sick. It's legal and he is entitled to do it all the same.

Well, if he was killing humans then I would agree with you. But he isn't. I'd also agree with you if he enjoyed bear bating, dog fighting, bull fighting or some other equally cruel sport. However, that's not what he is talking about at all.
