Aye, and the DW Stadium is in a very affluent area isn't it? The women in Kitt Green make a proper effort when they go out around Wigan don't they bless um, they even shave their back. |

the thing is stadiums cost alot of money (You just need to ask your landlords and I'm sure they'll agree) and they cost even more if you want to build one in a nice area, in fact councils are far more likely to grant planning permission if a stadium development is in a deprived area as it's supposed to help regenerate it. Plus nice area's are normally full of NIMBY's who probably wouldn't like a whopping great stadium next door.
Warrington were lucky really , they pretty much had a choice of anywhere in the town |
