Indeed, that's why I'm dissapointed that Newlove isn't in Ski's list.

Players like Bibey Mason dont stay around long enough to get a host of medals.

The second one with the '66 cup winners badge is my favourite.

I like the idea of having a retro badge, but I think the flag with the modern badge looks better as it is a bit less busy.

I think Wardy is a must if we are going for Cooper. The man was a legend on both sides of the globe which is rare indeed.

Doogal, medals is not a sign of greatness. It is a contributory factor, but it is a non sequitar to conclude that it is medals alone that show how good a player is.

As it was anyway, Ward won a Premier's medal with manly so can rightly conclude to have won the highest club accolade in the game.

Maybe removing the St Helens and ing the badge?

not sure about Goulding at all, 1996 he was awesome, and was the lynchpin in us winning the league....but, the way that he left the club and his behaviour off the field in 1997-1998 brought the club more disrepute than almost anyone else.

On the whole, I would argue that Perelini and Newlove both deserve to be on there before Goulding. They too were major contributors to the 1996 victory, but performed for Saints at the highest level for years longer than Goulding, and they won a lot more trophies.

That could work. Only downside being it won't be that obvious to tv viewers etc. what the flag is all about.

Sadfish has kindly offered that anyone who donates will have their name forever imprinted on a special page the site, about the tifo and in recognition of the help in getting the work off the ground. He was a brilliant ball playing forward, who had also been a schoolboy sprint champion. Over 400 appearances for Saints. 31 GB appearances, (most be a Saints player). Herman the German - Founder of Saints. Without him it would never have began.
