Anyone who doesn't think that players move for money and to bigger clubs are deluded.

It makes me smile, spectators expect players to stay loyal, but clubs move players on. The same spectators would move jobs (and that's what they are doing) if they were offered more money or a better career opportunity.

And it really is as simple as that.

I've got to say I agree with you on that one. It's our passion but it is also their livelihood and they have to do what's best for them and their family ultimately.

And don't deny you was looking for a reaction with the Andy Platt and Gary Connoly comment, we know you were.

I agree and have said many times that we can't blame players going for the money.

I don't blame Graham going for the better money and better lifestyle in oz. I don't blame Kyle either for going for the money but maybe he could have gone about it better.

In fact at 16 i turned down my home town club for more money myself (well my parents talked me into it).

Everybody would leave their current job for a much bigger offer somewhere else.

Spectators have every right to expect players to stay loyal. Not least because they see examples of such all the time.

Times have changed and not always for the better, one time players did stay at clubs because of loyalty and the way they had been looked after and treated and some still do as do workers! but now and more so in soccer it is £££££ and some of our players are getting that way, one being Kyle and the massive chip on his shoulder, believes his PR and that is always so dangerous.
